Richard has spent over 30 years in technology and services, with senior board roles across the UK, Europe and the USA. Today, he writes, invests, advises and teaches, with a focus on Key Account Management, B2B value creation, and the practical use of AI in commercial teams. He is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management. His first book is out now at aistrategyforsalesteams.com, with a second under contract.
